BBQ Chicken Melt
THE INGREDIENTS
1 cup of chopped or pulled chicken
2 tablespoons of Duke’s mayo
4 tablespoons of Old Yella sauce
¼ cup of pimento cheese
2 slices of texas toast
In a bowl, mix Mayo and Old Yella sauce. Add chicken and mix until fully coated.
Spread chicken salad onto one half of the bread and pimento cheese onto other.
In a hot pan lightly toast each side of the bread. Put sandwich into the oven at 300 degrees, until cheese has fully melted (approx. 3-5 mins).
