Chipper Dog Salad

THE DRESSING.

1/2 cup of ‘Old Yella’

1 cup of vegetable oil

A dash of hot sauce

1 teaspoon basil (stir-in paste)

1 teaspoon garlic (stir in paste)

In a bowl, add Old Yella, hot sauce, basil, and garlic. Slowly whisk in the oil until it thickens.

THE SALAD.

Spring Mix

1 carrot, shredded

4 cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 seedless cucumber, sliced

Crumbled goat cheese

Pan-seared sirloin, sliced
