Chipper Dog Beef Satay
INGREDIENTS.
2lbs top sirloin steak sliced thin
1 cup Chipper Dog ‘Old Yella’ Sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 teaspoon garlic paste (or two fresh cloves, minced)
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
1 teaspoon Sriracha
juice of 1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS.
In a saucepan, combine all ingredients (except the steak). Bring sauce to a boil, stirring frequently - then remove from heat.
In a large saute pan, cook beef with 2 tablespoons oil until the desired temperature is reached (approximately 5 minutes.)
Toss cooked steak in the prepared sauce and serve over rice.
